Industrial Incident Command Training
RIT Services LLC provides industrial incident command training designed to prepare plant leadership, emergency response teams, and support personnel to manage incidents using a clear, structured command framework. Our training focuses on decision-making, communication, and coordination during industrial emergencies where timely, organized command is critical.
Our programs are based on the Incident Command System (ICS) and are tailored to industrial environments such as power generation, manufacturing, chemical processing, pulp and paper, and heavy industry. Training emphasizes the practical application of command roles, responsibilities, and information flow during incidents including fires, hazardous materials releases, confined space emergencies, and large-scale evacuations.
Participants learn how to establish command, develop objectives, manage resources, and integrate with external responding agencies. Instruction is grounded in real-world industrial scenarios and reinforces how on-site command interfaces with fire departments, emergency management, law enforcement, and medical resources.
RIT Services incident command training is not classroom-only theory. Exercises are designed to mirror actual plant conditions, forcing participants to make decisions under pressure, communicate effectively, and maintain situational awareness throughout the incident lifecycle.
This training strengthens emergency preparedness, improves coordination with outside responders, and supports a consistent, disciplined approach to incident management before, during, and after an emergency.
First Aid, CPR, and AED Training
RIT Services LLC provides First Aid, CPR, and AED training credentialed through the National Safety Council. Our programs are designed to prepare employees to respond confidently and effectively to medical emergencies in industrial and workplace environments.
Training is delivered by experienced instructors with real-world emergency response backgrounds and is focused on practical skills that translate directly to the worksite. Participants receive instruction in patient assessment, bleeding control, shock management, cardiac arrest response, and the proper use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
Courses are conducted in accordance with National Safety Council guidelines and meet the needs of industrial facilities, construction projects, and operational sites where rapid response and early intervention are critical. Training can be delivered on-site and tailored to address job-specific hazards, response expectations, and company emergency procedures.
Upon successful completion, participants receive National Safety Council certification, providing recognized, widely accepted credentials that support compliance, preparedness, and workforce safety.
RIT Services emphasizes realistic instruction, hands-on participation, and clear expectations so personnel are prepared to act decisively when emergencies occur.
